Case Studies in Success
The woman is 60 years old and she has 10 children, but five of these are dead. She is taking care of five grandchildren from her own deceased children. Three of these children are in school and two are not. One of the children is HIV/positive he is 6 years old and not in school but goes for regular treatment at the hospital. She does not pay any rent, because she is taking care of a friend’s house. She has been conducting various jobs to survive. At present she is cutting grass for neighbors, doing laundry for people and part time jobs in gardens. Her wish is to buy vegetables from a town nearby and sell at a market in her neighborhood where she already has a stand.
